Shipping Policy

Please note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping takes approximately 30 business days so place your orders as soon as possible!

 Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

Items from different categories will be shipped separately 


We offer international shipping excluding of the following countries due to lack of shipping carriers or Covid restrictions

Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea, Belarus, Burundi , CAR, Libya, Somalia, Zimbabwe 

Brunei, Eritrea , French Guinea, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan and Yemen

Please understand this is out of our hands as the shipping and processing is done internationally not locally. If you think there is a mistake in the list or you have more questions don't hesitate to contact us.

If your country is on the list you may want to look into Digital Downloads on the website , purchase the art and print it locally. 

Delivery can vary depending on the destination please wait at least 4-5 weeks before contacting us.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sitti's Loud Artist is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within +5 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not exchange or refund if you are unsatisfied with your order you may be eligible for store credit. Any issues with a product must be reported within 2 days of receiving it with picture proof.
